Bus Survey & Research Essex

Have your say about how to improve buses in Essex for older adults and those with disabilities!

Fewer people are using concessionary bus passes (that let people aged 66+ and people with certain disabilities use the bus for free between 9am and midnight on weekdays and all weekend) than before.

Essex County Council want to understand what the reasons are, and what solutions they could consider to get more people using the bus.

Please complete this survey if you are 66+ or have a disability, and share it with friends and relatives across Essex. The more people we hear from, the more evidence we will have to make change.
